INTRODUCTION TO ALTEX
The performance of the ALTEX Aluminum Composite Panels are fully tested by the internationalstandard in our comprehensively equipped laboratory to ensure that they meet the expectations and the product lamination will last well in excess of 10 years under the usual environment.
PRODUCT COMPONENT
ALTEX is an Aluminum Composite Panel consisting of two aluminum sheets bonded with anti-toxic polyethylene or a mineral-filled core (non-combustible). The painted surface is covered with a protective film that is resistant to UV light for 3 months after installation.
To manufacture high-quality aluminum composite panels, two necessary production processes are a continuous aluminum coating process and continuous extrusion and lamination production process.

The products are fully tested in our comprehensively equipped laboratory by qualified QC staff to ensure that they meet the expectations. The test most applicable to the durability is the accelerated withering test which follows the standard of ASTM G155. This accelerated weathering test forms the basis for our guarantees to ensure that the color and the product lamination will last well in excess of 10 years under the usual environment.
